Assess the usability of the mobile application in the completion of routine tasks by users.
EXECUTION & RESULT
We conducted an onsite usability test using a live version of the Asoriba app.
The usability testing captured users’ navigational choices when using the app, comments, overall satisfaction, questions, and feedback
The client implemented usability recommendations to improve onboarding and user information.
